본 회원규정은 가주법무사 온라인 서비스에만 적용한다.

환불규정 (Refund Policy)

본 환불규정은 온라인 서비스에만 적용되며 아래 모든 조건에 한하여 환불이 적용된다.

1. 비용 결제후 24시간내에 신청인이 이메일 또는 전화로 환불요청을 하며
2. 진행상태가 작성완료, 수정중, 또는 수정완료로 되어 있지 않아야 하며
3. 한국으로 보내는 미국시민권자 서류의 환불금은 환불 수수료 $15을 제외한 나머지 금액으로 하며
4. 이혼신청 서류의 환불금은 환불 수수료 $50을 제외한 나머지 금액으로 하며

또한, 아래 하나라도 해당하는 경우에는 환불이 되지 않는다.

1. 비용 결제가 처리되지 않은 경우
2. 비용 결제후 24시간이 지난 경우
3. 서류 작성완료가 클릭된 경우
4. 진행상태가 작성완료, 수정중, 수정완료인 경우
5. 서류 검토가 진행되는 경우
6. 서류가 프린트된 경우
7. 서류가 신청인에게 직접 전달되거나 이메일이나 우편으로 발송된 경우

예외: 온라인 신청시 초과 결제된 금액

1. 초과 결제된 금액은 신청서 작성이 완성되고 처리된 후에 근무일 5일내에 환불한다.

기타 (Other)

회원등록후 15분내에 비용 결제가 되지 않으면 회원등록 및 신청서는 취소될 수 있다.
가주법무사는 법원판결이나 작성된 서류의 사용에 따르는 결과를 보증하지 않는다.
온라인으로 서류를 작성하는 기간은 3개월이며 3개월후에는 자동으로 종료 처리된다.
환불요청은 7일내에 처리하며 체크로 결제된 금액은 입금후 14일내에 처리한다.
본 규정은 별도의 통보없이 언제든지 변경될 수 있다.

Terms and Conditions

This Terms and Conditions are for online services only.

Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is for online services only and the refund request will be processed under ALL of the following conditions only:

1. Applicant/Petitioner requests refund by email or phone within 24 hours from the payment transaction time,
2. the Status is NOT one of the followings: Completed, Editing, or Editing Completed,
3. the refund amount will be the remaining balance after deducting $15 processing fee for US Citizen's documents to be sent to Korea,
4. the refund amount will be the remaining balance after deducting $50 processing fee for Divorce Petitions, and

In addition, there will be NO refund under any of the following situations:

1. Payment transaction was NOT completed,
2. Refund requested after 24 hours from the payment transaction time,
3. the Status is One of the follwings: Completed, Editing, Editing Completed,
4. Status changed from COMPLETED to CORRECTION,
5. Online forms are under review,
6. Forms are already printed, or
7. Printed Forms are delivered or sent to applicant/petitioner in person, by email, or by mail.

Exception: Overpayment

1. Overpayment will be refunded within 5 business days when application is completed and processed.

Other

1. The registration can be canceled, if you do not make payment for service within 15 minutes after registration.
2. CA Legal does NOT guarantee the results of court decisions or the use of documents prepared by CA Legal.
3. The period for filling out documents online is limited to 3 months, and it shall be automatically terminated after 3 months.
4. Refund request will be processed within 7 days, and if paid by check, it will be processed within 14 days from the deposit date.
5. This terms and conditions can be changed and updated any time without further notice.
